Big C Foundation supports education for Thai children

The Big C Foundation represented by Mrs. Boonsri Suthammanuwat (3rd from left) and Ms. Jariya Chirativat (2nd from left), from the committee of the Big C Foundation presented 3,000 sets of Royal Project Encyclopedias, valued 1.44 million baht, in order to provide Thai children with additional educational resources. Dr. Khunying Kassama Worawan Na Ayutthaya (3rd from right), the Secretary-General of Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), received the contribution on behalf of the Ministry of Education. The Big C Foundation took this opportunity to present scholarships worth 240,000 baht to the children of Mr. Non Chaisuwan, the headmaster of Baan Bangkao Community School in Pattani who was a victim of the violence in the south of the country.
