Your Training
At Big C you begin your retail career with a one-day orientation to the company, your work location, company policies and procedures and an introduction to your job and those who will work most closely with you.
In the Headquarters Office, you will work closely with your boss and others in your department as you settle into your new job. This will be supplemented with special training in the future - specific to your area of responsibility.
In the Stores you will enter a 90-day On-the-Job (OJT) training program which will help you adjust to the 'Big C way' and also help you learn your Big C job quickly.
Then - in the future - your training will be supplemented with additional classroom/workshop training designed to further develop your leadership and job knowledge skills.
