Manager, Property Market Research

Department:

    Properties

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct site assessment and provide objective advice to the business with individual sales forecast opportunity
  • To enhance all related technical skill to form a sales forecasting, provide market potential analysis with an update information
  • To identify the business opportunity by providing multi-format development strategy
  • To be a lead role and liaise with other relevant parties

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in Site Research,
    or Analyst in retail business
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to travel alone in upcountry or designate location
  • Possess a valid driving license
