- Our General Satisfaction Guarantee covers every item purchased at Big C. If any purchased item is found to have a manufacture’s defect, Big C will replace the item:
- within 10 days of purchase for electrical appliances
- within 30 days of purchase for other products (except fresh food)
- Kindly present your purchase receipt and warranty to claim your General Satisfaction Guarantee at the Customer Service Counter, at the same Big C store where the purchase was made. When returning an electrical appliance, please include all accessories and package materials.
