“Bless of the land” tea set

For over five decades, the Royal Project Foundation, one of the initiated projects of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand, has applied his philosophy with the aim of improving the quality of life of hill-tribe people by diminishing their opium growth to preserve natural resources. By doing so, Thai people are granted with quality products to choose from, like blessings from the earth.

The tea leaves in this tea set are of premium quality grown by the hill tribe people, delicately blended with floral fragrance, fruits, and vegetables from Royal Project. Tea, once planted, cannot be removed or moved to another place.

The design concept of this product is a combination of Cameo art and calligraphy. The inside box consists of 9 rectangular cans of tea with a dimension (LxHxW) of 18.9 x 23.5 x 6.9 cm. Embossed on the outside in gold print are the words "Bless of the land ". On the lid of the box is an area for putting business cards to be given as a gift.

Scent

This tea set yields from the finest tea leaves of the hill tribes, delicately blended with floral fragrance, vegetables, and fruits from Royal Project. It serves as a symbol of dedication and promise to the land just like tea, which once planted cannot be replanted elsewhere.

Inside the box

Green tea (4 scents) and Assam tea (5 scents) are sprinkled with dried marigold petals from Doi Sa Ngo. Nine small cans consisting of 10 grams of tea per can are numbered in elegant Thai numerical alphabets.
