When going to a cafe, we like to order rainbow crepes with delicious flavors and beautiful photos. So I always thought that crepes must be difficult to make. Because it takes a lot of time and effort to finish each layer in a rainbow color. Today we want to try and see how difficult it is. Ingredients

1.150 grams of melted butter

2. 600 grams of fresh milk

3.8 eggs

4.125 grams of cake flour

5.100 grams of all purpose flour

6.120 grams of Sugar

7.1 / 4 teaspoon salt

8.Food coloring (purple / blue / green / yellow / orange / red)

9. 800 grams of whipping cream

10.100 grams of icing sugar

Method

1. Whip the whipping cream and icing sugar until medium peaks form. Set it in the refrigerator

2. Beat eggs enough to break, add sugar and beat to combine.

3. Add fresh milk and mix well.

4. Add melted butter. Mix well

5. Add both types of flour and salt. Mix well, be careful, the powder is granular.

6. Divide the batter into 6 equal cups and mix the colors.

7. Put the pan set. Grease a little butter

8. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the flour into the pan. Roll the dough over the pan.

9. Once the batter starts to puff, gouge the edges of the flour and bring it upside down on a wire rack

10. Continue this pattern until all colors are complete.

11. Place the cooled crepe batter on top instead of decorating the cake. With a cake saucer

12. Place the crepe sheet down, followed by the whipping cream, spread evenly and not be too thin and thick.

13. Complete 1 color and then continue with the next color. Switch in order of colors starting from red / orange / yellow / green / blue / purple.

14. Once all colors are done, put them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set the cream.

15. Cut and divide as needed. Serve with the sauce as you like.
