BIG C ONLINE & ACTIVATION CAMPAIGN

Campaign Apply Period: 1 December 2023 – 29 February 2024

Eligible Card : Big C World Master Card, Big C Platinum Visa Card, Big C Exclusive

Remark : The eligible amount will be calculated from accumulated spending amounts of credit cards including primary card and supplementary card(s) and the Credit cash back is calculated on the calculate on the spending amount from the primary card only. Any merchant insurance category loan and hire purchase transaction, investment unit purchase/Mutual Funds (MCC Code 6211), foreign currency exchange (MCC Code 6051, 4829), cash advance withdrawal, interest and credit usage fee shall be excluded when calculating the eligible amount.

Customer who apply for Big C World Master Card, Big C Platinum Visa Card or Big C Exclusive via AEON THAI MOBILE Application.

  1. Waive Annual Fee for the first year, the later year free when spend at least 1 transaction at Big C *
  2. Get Cash back 200 THB. For customer who apply for Big C Cards via AEON THAI MOBILE Application, when customer have an accumulated spending up to 5,000 THB within 60 days from the date of card approval as designated by the company. (Excluding computer at AEON branches and Tablet at AEON branches)

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

  1. AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Company”) reserves the privilege hereafter for customer who apply for AEON credit, Big C World Master Card, Big C Platinum Visa Card or Big C Exclusive Card.
  2. Campaign Apply Period : 1 December 2023 – 29 February 2024
  3. Customer who apply via AEON THAI MOBILE Application
    - Get Cash back 200 THB. Customer who apply for Big C World Master card, Big C Platinum card or Big C Exclusive via AEON THAI MOBILE Application, when customer have an accumulated spending up to 5,000 THB within 60 days from the date of card approval as designated by the company. (Excluding computer at AEON branches and Tablet at AEON branches )
  4. Annual fee is waived for the first and the next year. For primary and supplementary card When spending through Big C World MasterCard and Big C Platinum Visa card at every branch of Big C Supercenter, Big C Extra, Big C Market, Mini Big C, Big C Food Place, Big C Depot and Pure drug store or Big C Shopping Online at least once a year.
  5. For new customers who apply Big C World MasterCard (Primary Card Only) within campaign period, get approved and pass the spending criteria.
    - Receive Grill & Hotpot Lock&Lock 4L 1 Prize (Claim Value 2,690 THB).when you have accumulated spending of 15,000 THB and up and registered within 60 days from the date of card approval as designated by the company.
  6. For new customers who apply Big C Platinum Card (Primary Card Only) within campaign period, get approved and pass the spending criteria.
    - Receive Grill & Hotpot Lock&Lock 4L 1 Prize (Claim Value 2,690 THB).when you have accumulated spending of 15,000 THB and up and registered within 60 days from the date of card approval as designated by the company.
  7. For new customer who apply Big C Exclusive Card within campaign period, get approved and pass the spending criteria.
    - Receive Grill & Hotpot Lock&Lock 4L 1 Prize (Claim Value 2,690 THB).when customer have cash withdrawal (YourCash) / Installment loan services (AEON Happy Pay) spending up to 15,000 THB and up and registered within 60 days from the date of card approval as designated by the company.
    - Customer who apply Big C Exclusive Card must have an outstanding balance of at least 3,000 THB. on the date of data retrieval, but not more than 120 days from the date of card approval.
  8. Cardholders of Big C World MasterCard, Big C Platinum Visa Card (Primary Card Only) or Big C Exclusive Card must register to participate in the promotion through the channels specified by the company within 60 days. From the date of card approval by registering 1 time / card as follows
    - SMS registration: Type BIG1@ follows with16-digits of Card number without space, and send to 4221475 Cardholder must receive confirmation message in order to complete the registration process. Registration can be done via Dtac, AIS and TrueMove H mobile network ( 3 THB registration fee/time, excluding VAT)
    - Website registration: www.aeon.co.th or AEON THAI MOBILE Application (Free of charge), Cardholder must receive confirmation email to complete the registration process. Please keep proof of registration to verify eligibility. If there is no such evidence
    - In case that the Company requests to investigate The Company reserves the right not to give premium for this promotion.
  9. The value of premium is market price in June 2023 and may change or differ from other distributions and the Company shall not compensate the price difference of premium (s) in any.
  10. The Company reserves the right to provide substitute premium (s) of similar value of other premiums.
  11. The product warranty is as specified by the service provider.   12. The spending calculations for receiving privilege are as follows:
    - Big C World MasterCard, Big C Platinum Visa Card the spending calculated from using of credit card to purchase goods and/or services installment payment during the Campaign Period and the transactions must be recorded in Company system only.
    - Big C World MasterCard, Big C Platinum Visa Card the eligible amount will be calculated from accumulated spending amounts of credit cards including primary card and supplementary card(s) and the Credit cash back is calculated on the calculate on the spending amount from the primary card only. Any merchant insurance category loan and hire purchase transaction, investment unit purchase/Mutual Funds (MCC Code 6211), foreign currency exchange (MCC Code 6051, 4829), cash advance withdrawal, interest and credit usage fee shall be excluded when calculating the eligible amount.
    - Accumulated spending of supplementary card(s) will be calculated into primary card. The company reserves the right to give premium to primary cardholder only
    - Big C Exclusive Card, the spending calculation is from the use of exclusive card to financial transactions from AEON Happy Pay / Your Cash.
    - The spending calculation is not included penalty fee, other fee, cancelled transaction and refund transaction.
  13. The Company reserves the rights not to grant premium in this campaign for the customer as follows:
    - Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” (the measure for customer who affected by Coronavirus) in term of Payment Skipping and in term of Debt Restructuring with special interest rate 12%.
    - Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” after participating in the campaign.
  14. Company reserves the right for the cardholder who has good payment history without being default for payment on all of any credit card and/or facility having with the Company from the commencing date of Campaign Period until the Big C E-Coupon calculation period.
  15. Participation in this campaign is reserved for active cardholders with payment history in good standing under the Company’s criteria throughout the campaign and up until the premiums receiving date. The premiums will not be granted if (1) overpayment is made into cardholder’s credit card account; (2) cardholder uses credit card or loan for any purpose in contrary to the law, public order or good morals, for commercial purpose or for the business of cardholder, cardholder’s family, relatives or close acquaintances; (3) cardholder uses credit card or loan in the manner of not complying with the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Company or the terms and conditions of this campaign. The Company reserves the right to cancel the premiums if the cardholder is later found to be unqualified or ineligible.
  16. The Company will send premiums within 150 days from the campaign expires. If the premiums has not been received, please inform the Company within 30 days after such period end, In case the cardholder denies receiving the premiums or cannot be contacted or does not contact the Company within specific time, it will be deemed that the cardholder waive his/her right to receive the premiums
    - In case the customer applies for Big C Credit Cards or Big C Exclusive Card and Company has already sent AEON Cards to customer. Customer has to install AEON THAI MOBILE Application on smartphone and register.
  17. The premiums cannot be changed to cash or transferred to any kind of product and to other person.
  18. Company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions hereunder by giving notice on www.aeon.co.th.In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.

  20. These terms and conditions are in Thai and English. If there are any inconsistencies or discrepancies, the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.
