     • You will receive a call to make an appointment from the installation staff at the phone number that the customer informs in the order process
  6. Delivery distance within 25 kilometers (from the location of the delivery branch) in case you are outside the delivery area. The company reserves the right to cancel the order without any cost. Delivery distance is subject to change without prior notice.
  7. If the delivery staff is unable to contact the customer more than 3 days via the telephone number that the customer has notified in the ordering process. The company reserves the right to cancel that order.

  Free shipping promotion apply to order above 399 baht (after any discount) with 69 baht discount. If shipping fee is higher than 69 baht, customer will be charged the excess.   3. Contact the Big C Hypermarket branch's customer service point (the red bow point) to arrange for product pickup at the branch that you select in order
  4. Show printed purchased order or e-mail with ID card or copy of ID card of customer who purchases to pick up products.
  5. In order to prevent wearing the right, the company reserves the right to accept the product on behalf of another person and please show your ID card when receiving the product every time.
  6. If customers cannot be reached through the provided phone number in 3 days at check-out process, Big C reserves the right to cancel the order.

• Delivery fee
  1. No minimum order and the parcel delivery fee will be calculated based on the total weight of the product in that order and destination delivery address. Therefore, each order will have a different delivery cost. According to this delivery fee table
