1. How to download Big C app?
Type in the search box “Big C PLUS” of the operating system of your smartphone or tablet.

2. If you want to become a member of Big C online, Big Point and Big Wallet, what information do you need?

Big C online uses only a mobile number

Big Point uses an ID card number, Name, Surname, Birthdate and the number on the back of the ID card to verify your identity

Big Wallet uses a mobile number, ID card and identity verification with e-KYC.
3. I used to have a Big C app, what should I do?
Apps can be updated immediately without deleting or reinstalling
4. I am already a member of Big C online and Big point, do I need to apply again?
No new registration required. You can use the current member's information to log in.
5. If I forget my password, what should I do?
Click ‘forgot password’ and enter the phone number that used for membership registration. To verify an OTP number then you can set a new password.
6. What should I do if I enter the wrong OTP?
Press the button “Resend OTP” to request a new OTP, you can request up to 5 times. If more than that, the service will be suspended for security. Please wait 30 minutes and try again.
7. How can I place an order on the Big C app?

10. How do I know my order are ready to ship?
Customer will receive order details via email. And the staff may contact customer via phone number used to register Big C online if there is any change in your order.
11. What should I do if I enter the wrong delivery address and phone number?
Contact the call center number 1756 press 1 to inform the staff of any changes to the information without canceling the order

13. What should I do if I would like to change or return my purchased items?
The items must be purchased from Big C Hypermarket, Big C Extra, or Big C Market for all branches via Big C PLUS app or Big C Online website (https://www.bigc.co.th/), and it may be exchanged or returned to the store of purchase. Products can be exchanged or returned in the following periods from the date of receipt. If there is no receipt, count from the date of purchase.
- Fresh food items can be exchanged or returned within 2 days
- Mobile phone, tablet, computer items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days.
- Electrical department items (except mobile phones, tablets, computers) can be exchanged or returned within 10 days
- General items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days.
- Items purchased using parcel delivery method, must be returned within 7 days after receiving the items.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned
- Items, packaging materials and equipment must be in perfect condition, must not be dented, torn, torn, broken, rotten, cut, spliced, damaged packaging, missing accessories. which is damage from use, not from production
- Items that POS system shown Product Not found
- Items beyond the period of exchange or return
- Clearance items Mark Down products , RTC
- CDs, DVDs, books
- Hygiene items such as underwear, underwear, swimwear for both men and women.
- Electrical appliances that are not complete or no warranty card

For items purchased using the parcel delivery method. These will add the types of products that cannot be returned as follows
