Warranty Claim Conditions
1. Before opening the product box 1. You must record a video showing the shipping label with the customer's name and address, the unboxing process, and the contents of the box. The video must be unedited and continuous in one piece.
2. If the box is damaged, torn, or broken, take photos of the box from different angles as evidence before opening it.
3. If you find any problems such as incomplete delivery, incorrect delivery, damage, or breakage due to transportation, please send the video evidence and your order number to the admin. Our staff will contact you and resolve the issue within business hours.

Cases where claims/returns will not be accepted:
1. Claims for broken, damaged, scratched, or unusable goods without accompanying video evidence as per the specified conditions.
2. Goods lost or damaged outside of transportation, such as damage caused by the customer during installation or careless handling while moving the product.

- Claims will only be accepted with video evidence taken before unboxing.
- Please note that the company does not provide a service for carrying items to upper floors. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Conditions are subject to change as determined by the company.
