1. Terms and Conditions
Big C Online or www.bigc.co.th (hereinafter referred to as "Company") reserves the right to operate website order and delivery (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) for personal and corporate customers. The service is in limited area and the company can reject to service customer who is out of the service area. Customer must be 18 years or over to get this service and accept the agreement including terms and conditions of ordering items through website and application. Customer allows the company to manage your information and do registration before get into the service. Please be reminded that the receipt or document of service will be invoiced to the customer address which is informed to the company. The contract between customer and the company will be active after customer accepts item prices. However, amount of items depends on company stock, and the company does not guarantee availability and detail of items appeared on website. Ordering the company service is regarding to terms and conditions mentioned on this website. If customer makes payment by Credit or Debit card, customer needs to check payment of your card and the card must not expired before delivery day. In case that card is expired before delivery date, the company reserves the right to cancel order without prior notice or customer’s confirmation.
2. Terms and Conditions Modification
The company reserves the right to modify terms and conditions any time. Terms and conditions will be applied when they are on website www.bigc.co.thand the company considers that you are agreeing to comply modified terms and conditions when doing online purchase. The company probably cancels the service any time.
3. Service Registration and Ineligible Customer
- You are agreeing to give correct information to register on www.bigc.co.th and when your given information changes, you are agreeing to inform the company through customer service Tel. 1756 press 1 (or number showed on www.bigc.co.th or modify directly on website).
- If you want to cancel registration, please call customer service.
- In case you have Big C PLUS application, you can cancel your member account at Big C PLUS application within 90 days after you cancel your member account. You will be able to restore the information in your member account. By registering for a new member and use the same phone number that you used to register If the 90-day period has passed Deletion of your member account is permanent. Data in your member account, such as order history, cannot be restored.
- The deletion of User’s Big C Online account will not affect the status of User’s Big Point and Big Wallet memberships.
- The company reserves the right to restrain or cancel your registration if the company finds the reliable reason that you break this terms and conditions or terms and conditions of ordering. However, the register cancellation will not affect this terms and conditions or terms and conditions of ordering. In case that you are not in the service area, the company will inform at registration and the company reserves the right not to service in this case.
4. Service Safety
While registration, the company will ask you to create password to access your account and you have to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all action towards your account. If you suspect that your password is used improperly or without permission, you are agreeing to inform the company through customer service by call immediately. When the company finds the reliable reason that there is, probably, improper use, the company reserves the right to restrain your account or ask to change password. However, the company is not responsible for any damages caused by your disclosed password or improper use.
5. Intellectual Property
The company owns and operates www.bigc.co.thpossesses the copy right on texts, pictures, website designs, including information on website. The person who visits www.bigc.co.thwill be website user (hereinafter referred to as “User”). The user must follow law, morality, and terms and conditions not to defame or violate the company right or other users.
The user is agreeing not to do the following actions.
- Use website or parts of website for any purposes, other than your normal use, so it means that the user must not copy, download, or spread texts on website more than normal use.
- Disrupt, interfere with, or obstruct website accessing of other users in any cases.
- Do any action which effects on texts or website techniques without the company permission.
- Harm the website safety.

If the company find the harmful action mentioned above toward website and other users, that person will be prosecuted for violating law that using website without permission and causing damage.
6. Service without Permission
Do not allow service without permission as following.
- Transmit texts to disrupt, defame, or violate human rights together with religious, belief, race and sexual discrimination which provoke violence or unlawful action or break local laws.
- Transmit text to threaten peace of people or legal benefits of other users, the company, or the company affiliates.
- Access computer system without permission
- Obstruct customers from services
- Violate the right to achieve data communications or Internet
- Obstruct or restrain the network which links to www.bigc.co.th
- Create, spread, or keep electronic copy or other document which is protected under copy right law without permission from owner.
The company has the right to delete the harmful texts from website and asks for a full indemnity basis from the user who, without permission, causes loss and damage to the company. The damage includes the damage of the company, the company affiliates, and third party damages by the unallowed action of user. The damage is cover the direct damage and all legal costs and cost to solve deficiency caused by unallowed act. Fine which the company needs to pay to officials because of user's violence is considered as damage.
7. Limit of Responsibility
Despite the company try to check the correct information and link of texts on www.bigc.co.th ,the company cannot guarantee. Therefore, the company will not guarantee and is not responsible for mistakes, exemption, or technical problems that may occur on website. If the company finds mistakes and possibility of technical problems which do not cause any improper cost to correct, the company will improve texts as possible. However, the company is not responsible for these following mistakes.
- Texts on website from third party who accesses through www.bigc.co.th or third party's website mentioned on www.bigc.co.th or third party's website mentioned on www.bigc.co.th or advertisement or promotion of third party via service website.
- The texts on website of the service without permission or without company agreement or the company technique cannot protect accession.
- www.bigc.co.th is not available on your devices or your network connection.
- Technical problem including mistakes or failures to connect to www.bigc.co.th
However; this terms and conditions will not cover the deficiency of products purchased through this service under the general law.
8.Description and Color of Products
The company makes an effort to correct product description, however; the company cannot confirm that product description mistakes and other mistakes on website will not occur. Therefore, the company accepts the return (regarding to Return Conditions) in case that the customer is not satisfied with products or customer considers that products differ from description. Similarly, the company makes an effort to correct product color. However, the color of products will depend on your monitor setting and probably changes by different monitor.
9. Changes in Product Prices and Promotion Terms
- Purchase Order is not a payment confirmation document but merely a preliminary product preparation notice.
- Product prices may change based on the payment date or the product delivery date.
- The terms and conditions for purchasing all types of promotional products through Big C Online are equivalent to the terms and conditions of every branch.
- For products with limited purchase quantities, the purchasing conditions are the same as the terms and conditions of in-store purchase.
10. Conditions of numbers of products purchased through Big C Online
The numbers of products of your purchase through Big C Online will be considered as the inform of your required numbers by the company, so the branch will confirm the numbers of stocked products which can be delivered back to you later. However, the branch will offer the similar products in case that there are not enough products in stock. The customers can deny the offer or cancel order without fees. The company reserves the right not to compensate any discounts, expenses and damages. If there are any arguments, the company judgment will be deemed final. In order to ensure product distribution to retail customers, the company reserves all the rights to cancel any purchase orders that it deems as wholesale purchase. The company's decision is final in the case of disputes and the company is not liable to any claims or compensation.
11.Changing a purchase order
Customer can change any purchase order in case items are insufficient in the stock and must change into the same types of items as the order. * The company reserves the right to change any items which are not the same type of product.
12. Delivery Timeframe at Branches
Orders from Big C Online are valid for 7 days from the date of order placement. In cases where you do not receive the products within the specified timeframe, the company reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
13. Cash on Delivery Payment Terms
- Payment with cash upon receiving the products (applicable for express and advance orders).
- Payment using credit cards, debit cards, or PromptPay upon receiving the products (only applicable for advance orders).
- Big C gift cards cannot be used for payment on Big C Online products.
- It cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts or coupons other than those specified on the website and the Big C Plus app.
14. Air Conditioning and Installed Product Terms
The prices displayed on the website do not include installation services or any additional special equipment (if applicable).
- The installation date depends on the appointment of the installation staff and the customer.
- Customers will receive a confirmation call from the installation staff using the phone number provided during the ordering process.
- The delivery distance for products is 25 kilometers from the branch's location for delivery. In cases where you are located outside the delivery area, the company reserves the right to cancel the order without any associated charges.
15.Change and return Policy
The items must be purchased from Big C Hypermarket, Big C Extra, or Big C Market for all branches via Big C PLUS app or Big C Online website (https://www.bigc.co.th), and it may be exchanged or returned to the store of purchase. Products can be exchanged or returned in the following periods from the date of receipt. If there is no receipt, count from the date of purchase.
- Fresh food items can be exchanged or returned within 2 days
- Mobile phone, tablet, computer items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days.
- Electrical department items (except mobile phones, tablets, computers) can be exchanged or returned within 10 days
- General items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days.
- Items purchased using parcel delivery method, must be returned within 7 days after receiving the items.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned
- Items, packaging materials and equipment must be in perfect condition, must not be dented, torn, torn, broken, rotten, cut, spliced, damaged packaging, missing accessories. which is damage from use, not from production

For items purchased using the parcel delivery method. These will add the types of products that cannot be returned as follows
- Breast pump accessories, milk pads, milk bottles, milk storage bags
- Baby care products and baby cleaning products
- Rubber stopper rubber nipple
- Chemicals
16. Return of Items with Special Discounts and Receipt of Discount Coupons
Return of items with special discounts from Big C Online or items in orders that have received discount coupons at the branch: If the remaining value from returning items from that specific order does not comply with the conditions for using special discounts from Big C Online or receiving discount coupons at the branch, as specified in the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right to revoke the special discount or the receipt of coupons that the customer has received.
17. Personal Data Protection and Data Acknowledgement
Please read and acknowledge privacy before registration for your benefits. The company is aware of the importance of your personal data and the company promises to keep user's personal data confidential.
General Information
The company collects name, last name, address, phone number, mobile number, sex, age, occupation, interest, and other information of the user when registering. After registration, the user has the right as the website member including receives news, privilege, and promotion from website.
Personal Information Collection
The company collects personal data and other information from members for the purposes of website development, product and service selection. Therefore, e-mails will be delivered to members for news, privilege, and promotion. The members are able to get into My account to modify if they are not interested in news, privilege, and promotion.

Terms and conditions including agreement of services are under Thai law and dispute resolution will be settled under Thai Court as the company domicile. In case that the terms and conditions in Thai and English are different, the terms and conditions in Thai on website www.bigc.co.th will be deemed final. If some parts of terms and conditions are not suitable or not enforced under law, those parts of terms and conditions will surcease and the other terms and conditions are continuously applied. In case that there is, once or repeatedly, terms and conditions transgression but the company does not claim the right over the transgression, it is not considered as the company waiver and it will not effect on the company right later. In case, the company exempts the transgression of some terms and conditions, it is not considered that the exemption will be applied in the future. The company is not responsible for the transgression in this terms and conditions or terms and conditions of ordering through website which is not under the company responsibility in any cases.

Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited (the “Company”), as the personal data controller, collects, uses and retains your data in order to provide services and comply with terms and conditions of selling products via website www.bigc.co.th or other online channels of the Company (the “Services”) as detailed in Clause 1 below. As your data is personal data protected under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (the “Act”), in order to process such personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Act, the Company has prepared this document to allow you to acknowledge and understand your rights under the law, including the Company’s reason for collection, use and /or disclosure of your personal data. Attachment The right of the personal data owner
The personal data owner is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 as follows:
1. The right to revoke the consent
In the case where the Company has requested and received consent to collect, use or disclose for benefit thereof in accordance with the purpose mutually agreed by the data owner, the data owner has the right to revoke his/her consent on the use of such personal data at any time.
2. The right to access and receive a copy of personal data stored by the Company
The data owner has the right to access and receive a copy of his/her data stored by the Company under the criteria set forth by the Personal Data Protection Officer.
3. The right of request for disclosing the procurement of personal data from an alternative source
In the case where the Company has received personal data from any source other than directly from the owner of the data, the Company will inform the owner within 30 days after the date receiving such personal information (unless it is required by law). In such a case, the data owner may inquire and request the Company for disclosure of the source of such personal data.
4. The right to receive and request the Company to transfer or forward the data to other personal data controller when the Company adjusts the format of the data storage for automated reading and transfer
The transfer or forward of personal data hereunder shall include the case when personal data is stored in electronic format. The transfer proceeds via an electronic device that can read electronic data only, not include the courier's data transfer, or deliver personal data in other formats.
5. The owner's right to object to the collection and use of personal data
The owner has the right to object to the collection and use of his/her data under the following circumstances:
- The collection of personal data can proceed without consent as permitted by the bylaws or other juristic person other than personal data controller (unless such benefit is below basic right of the data owner or;
- The collection, use, or disclosure of personal data is for direct marketing;
6. The right to request to destroy or turn personal data given to the Company into unanimous data
The data owner may make a request to the Company for the elimination of his/her own personal data and/or turn his/her given data into unanimous data under the following circumstances:
- The personal data is no longer necessary for the storage of personal data according to the objectives.
- When the data owner revokes his/her consent in collecting, using, or disclosing personal data, the Company shall have no legal authority to collect, use, or disclose such data.
- When the data owner exercise his/her right to oppose the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data, the Company shall not reject such request or;
- When personal data is collected, used, or disclosed illegally,
7. The right of request to the Company for suspension of personal data
The data owner may inform the Company to suspend the use of his/her data immediately under the following circumstances:
- When the personal data controller is under the examination of accuracy, completeness, or update such data as per the data owner's request.
- When such personal data could be deleted or destroyed, the data owner may request to suspend such data instead of deletion or destruction.
- When such personal data is no longer necessary for storage under the purpose of data collection but the data owner requests to continue the storage for initiation of right permitted by law, compliance or exercise of a legal right or to raise as a right of a claim as permitted by law.

8. The right to request the Company to correct, validate and update personal data
In case of any changes regarding personal data given to the Company or that the Company has collected, the data owner may request the Company for any correction or update at any time.
9. The right of claim in case it is found offensive against Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562
In case the data owner finds that the Company and/or employee of the Company conduct any action that violates or contravene the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, the data owner may report such violation to the Company and/or relevant authority as detailed in Article 4 of this document.
Please note that when the Company receives notice of the wish to exercise any rights from the data owner, the Company will consider such request to proceed with proper action within 30 days from the date of receipt. The Company reserves the right to reject such request from the data owner where it is contravene to the law or necessary and legal right to refuse.
