BANGKOK DRUG Clenascar C Gel is used to treat and prevent raised scars (Hypertrophic and Keloid) such as wounds caused by surgery, accidents, fires, hot water scalds, helps to smooth the wound, fade, and reduce itching from the wound.

- Cyclopentasiloxane & Silicone crosspolymer 98% (Import silicone from USA). Suitable for raised scars (Hypertrophic, Keloid). The scar will shrink in 2-3 months. Mechanism = Properties of Semi-Occulsive (Oxygen permeable) Increases the moisture of the Stratum corneum skin layer Controls the production of fibroblasts and reduces the production of excess collagen Prevents bacteria from invading the scar and helps prevent bacteria that stimulate the production of excess collagen in the scar. Helps the synthesis of collagen in the wound to be normal. Silicone gel reduces itching and discomfort associated with scars.
- Vitamin C 2% (Stabilized oil-soluble vitamin C derivative) is more stable than general vitamin C. It is absorbed deeper into the skin.
