Product Warranty
For power strip products, the "product itself" is warranted for 3 years, subject to the following conditions:
1. The indicator light on the power switch does not illuminate.
2. The power outlet does not supply power.
3. The power cord is torn or cracked.
4. The plug head is bent, broken, or cracked.
5. The safety shutter is broken or incomplete on each outlet.
The following cases are excluded from the warranty:
1. Abnormal condition visible beyond normal use, such as falling from a height, impact from accidents, breakage, cracking, bending, denting, warping, cracking, puncturing, or deformation.
2. Condition resulting from improper storage, such as water stains, oil stains, or rust.
3. The product shows signs of unauthorized modification, such as opening, repairing, or altering the product to alter its original condition.
4. Products whose warranty has expired or products where no defect is found upon inspection.
5. Power strip damage caused by negligence, wire splicing, damage from pets or other animals. 6. Damage caused by biting.
7. Accidents other than those mentioned above, such as infants inserting fingers into electrical outlets or power strips, are not covered under warranty.
Warranty conditions beyond the operation of the circuit breaker are not covered under warranty.
Natural disasters such as floods, storms, lightning, and short circuits are not covered under warranty.
