Product Warranty
Power strips are warranted for 3 years under the following conditions:
1. Indicator light does not illuminate on the switch. Condition of Use
2. Power outlet: No power supply.
3. Power cord: Torn or cracked.
4. Plug head: Bent, broken, or cracked.
5. Safety shutter: Broken or incomplete on each outlet.
Products become void from warranty in the following cases (no warranty coverage):
1. Abnormal condition visible beyond normal use, such as falling from a height, impact from accidents, breakage, cracking, bending, denting, warping, cracking, puncturing, deformation, etc.
2. Condition resulting from improper storage, such as water stains, oil stains, rust stains, etc.
3. Product shows signs of unauthorized modification, such as opening, repairing, or altering the product to no longer be in its original condition.
4. Products whose warranty has expired or products where no defect is found upon inspection.
5. Power strip damage caused by negligence, wire splicing, damage from pets or other animals.
6. Accidents other than those listed above, such as infants inserting fingers into power strip outlets, etc., are not covered by warranty.
Warranty conditions beyond the functioning of the circuit breaker:
Natural disasters such as floods, storms, lightning, and short circuits are not covered under warranty.
