Mr. Househusband’s Simple Kitchen Tips presents Recipe for Jjapaguri
The Korean dish “jjapaguri” has become well known as it appeared in an important scene in the Oscar-winning film “Parasite”. Today, I’ll introduce a great recipe for this simple Korean dish.
Ingredients
- Jjapaghetti instant noodles
- Neoguri instant noodles
- meat
Method
- Boil water in a pot. Once the water is boiling, add the two types of Korean instant noodles and dried vegetable flakes to the pot.
- When the noodles are cooked, drain the water leaving a small amount of water in the pot.
- Add the Jjapaghetti and Neoguri soup powder
- Add olive oil from the Jjapaghetti sauce and mix all the ingredients together.
- Serve the noodles with meat and vegetables of your choice.
