Ingredients

  1. Instant noodles
  2. Any meat of your preference
  3. Cabbage
  4. Carrot
  5. garlic
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Yakisoba sauce
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper

*Measurements depend on how many servings you aim for. I suggest going all out with your ingredients so the dish can be filling, whether you live alone or are cooking for the whole family.

Method

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water. While waiting for the noodles to cook, chop your vegetables (cabbage and carrot) and crush some garlic. Slice your meat of choice into bite-sized pieces. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Over medium heat, add some oil to your cooking pan. Add the garlic, and cook until it has a nice golden colour, then add your meat of choice. Cook slightly, then add the Yakisoba sauce and stir. Once the meat is cooked, add the noodles and season to your liking. Lastly, add the vegetables and keep frying until cooked. It is now ready to serve.
