Ingredients

Method

  1. Start by boiling the broth with water to cover the pork bones, boil for 5 minutes and drain the water, then scoop out the pork bones and rinse thoroughly twice without leaving any stains or debris.
  2. Add 3 liters of water to the saucepan and bring to a boil. Put on the cleaned pork ribs. Continue to boil Japanese leeks, garlic, and onions.If the pot is dry, add water periodically and boil until the broth starts to turn white.
