All processes involved with your food must follow hygienic standards. You should pay extra attention when selecting fresh food.

Beef

Fresh beef should be red, while the fat is white. The meat should be firm and not leave a mark when you press it with your finger. Fresh meat should not have a sour or rotten smell.

Different cuts of meat

Sirloin is suitable for making roasted meat or steak. Good sirloin should contain intramuscular fat, giving it an appearance similar to a marble pattern.

Tenderloin is the most expensive, most tender and most delicious cut among different types of beef. Good tenderloin should not have much intramuscular fat.
