Ingredients
- Fresh milk 1 + 1⁄2 cups

Method

2. Prepare two mixing cups. The first bowl mixes the initial wet ingredients.Pour the milk, eggs and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil into the first cup, whisk to combine.
3. In another mixing cup, pour salt, sugar and flour, 1 + 1/2 cups cornmeal and baking powder, mix to combine.
4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients cup. Stir all ingredients together.
5. Skewer the sausages with a meatball skewer. Prepare another dish, pour a little wheat flour. Mix the sausage with flour evenly.
6. Dip the sausage into the flour mixture. Fried in hot oil Do not put the sausages in the pan and squeeze them too much. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
7. Scoop sausages to absorb oil on blotting paper.
