The dish that I’m introducing today is for Korean food lovers. I have to confess I have started to fall in love with Korean kimchi. It is one of the best side dishes to eat with greasy meat. Check out the recipe:

Ingredients

  1. 200 grams of sliced pork belly
  2. 150 grams of kimchi
  3. 2 tablespoons of kochujang
  4. 1½ tablespoons of sesame oil
  5. 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  6. ½ onion
  7. 1 spring onion
  8. White sesame seeds
  9. 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  10. 3 teaspoons of seasoning sauce

Method

  1. Marinate the pork belly in the sesame oil, kochujang and seasoning sauce
  2. While the pork is marinating, slice the onion and spring onion.
  3. Heat a pan and add the pork belly. Stir fry until the pork is almost cooked.
  4. Add kimchi to the pork, then add the onion, spring onion, kochujang, seasoning sauce and salt.
