Mr. Househusband’s Simple Kitchen Tips presents Recipe for Fried Pork Ribs with Garlic

The year 2021 has begun, and today is the last day of the New Year holidays and I’ve got a dish that will be great for the last special meal before we get back to work – Fried Pork Ribs with Garlic.

Ingredients

  1. 500 grams of pork ribs
  2. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  3. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. ½ tablespoon of seasoning powder
  6. 1 teaspoon of sugar
  7. ½ tablespoon of pepper
  8. 2 coriander roots
  9. 1 cup of chopped garlic

Method

  1. Marinate the pork ribs in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, seasoning powder and sugar.
  2. Add pepper and ground coriander roots to the marinating pork ribs until the marinade sauce seeps in the pork.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Wait until the oil is heated, then add the chopped garlic and fry until it turns golden brown and crispy.
  4. Fry the marinated pork ribs. If you like your meat well-done, use low or medium heat and fry for a longer period of time. When the pork is cooked, serve it with the fried garlic.

This is a simple dish that the whole family can enjoy. All the ingredients used in the recipe are available at Big C Super Center branches or you can order them from our online store here.
